Family owned and operated, Card Concepts, Inc. was born from over 40 years of experience in the vended laundry industry. The company was founded in 2000 with the aim of providing innovative and reliable products, making strong use of redundant systems to protect our customer’s interests. Card Concepts, Inc. maintains a large customer support staff like no other, working side by side with our development and quality assurance staff to not only address issues as they arise but to proactively prevent issues before they occur. All of our support staff are located within our headquarters in Addison, Illinois and are extensively trained in providing complete product support.
All of our products are engineered, manufactured, and tested within the United States. Our products are tested in-house by designated quality assurance staff until all quality standards are matched. Once in-house testing is complete, Card Concepts, Inc. hardware is installed in live, company owned stores to further test for anything our staff may have missed. In the event that a product fails to reach our quality standards, it will be re-engineered and re-tested to ensure that only the highest quality hardware and software reaches our customers.
